Het Augustijner-Eremietenklooster was een middeleeuws klooster in Herford in Noordrijn-Westfalen.
Er zijn nauwelijks berichten over de vroege en oprichtingsgeschiedenis van het convent dat vóór 1288 werd opgericht. De kloosterkerk werd tussen 1280 en 1300 gebouwd. Het was een driezijdige zaalkerk. De vaststelling van de termijndistricten met het klooster Einbeck vond plaats in 1316. In de eerste helft van de 14e eeuw volgde de oprichting van twaalf termijnen en hospitia. Tijdens zijn bezoek aan Herford overnachtte keizer Karel IV in 1377 in het klooster, en in 1379 vond hier het kapittel van de thüringisch-saksische provincie van de Augustijner-Eremieten plaats.
