De evangelische kerk is een rijksmonumentaal kerkgebouw in Medebach in het Hochsauerlandkreis.
De geschiedenis van de kerk is nauw verbonden met de geschiedenis van de kerkgemeente. Na de opheffing van de geestelijke vorstendommen en de confessionele afsluiting in 1804 trok de eerste protestantse christenen naar het Medebacher gebied. Bij de oprichting van de gemeente op 22 januari 1837 telde deze 149 leden in Medebach en 16 andere dorpen. De kerkdienst werd in die tijd gevierd in de "Türkensaal" van het Gasthaus Schetter. In 1838 vroeg het presbyterium om de uitvoering van een huiscollecte in de hele provincie Westfalen voor een kerkbouw. Deze collecte bracht 1700 thaler op, 400 thaler werden geschonken door koning Friedrich Wilhelm III, en 100 thaler kwam van de synode Soest, waartoe Medebach behoorde. Daarmee stonden 2200 thaler ter beschikking voor de kerkbouw.
