De Lange Eugen is een wolkenkrabber in het Bonnse stadsdeel Gronau, die van 1966 tot 1969 naar plannen van de architect Egon Eiermann werd gebouwd. Het ligt nabij de Rijn oever aan de Hermann-Ehlers-Straße.
Tot de verhuizing van de Duitse Bondsdag naar Berlijn in 1999 was het gebouw als "nieuw parlementslid-woongebouw" de belangrijkste locatie voor de kantoren van de leden van de Duitse Bondsdag. Na de afgeronde renovatie werd het vanaf april 2006 betrokken door toen elf organisaties van de Verenigde Naties en maakt het deel uit van de in juli 2006 geopende VN-campus. De Lange Eugen staat als monument onder bescherming en is een stop van de geschiedkundige wandeltocht Weg der Demokratie.
