Het kasteel Hardenberg is een barok voormalig waterkasteel in de wijk Neviges van de stad Velbert. Het ligt in de vallei van de Hardenberger Bach, iets ten noorden van het centrum van Neviges, op het smalste punt van de vallei, en gaat terug op een hernieuwde stichting door de familie van Gevertshagen aan het eind van de 15e eeuw. Het verving de waarschijnlijk bouwvallige burcht Hardenberg, waarvan de overblijfselen ongeveer 630 meter ten zuidwesten van het kasteel te vinden zijn.
