De Malteserhof is een voormalig landgoed in Römlinghoven, een deelgemeente van de stad Königswinter in de Noordrijn-Westfalen Rijn-Sieg-Kreis. Het hof staat onder bescherming als monument. Het is tegenwoordig in het bezit van een particuliere woongemeenschap.
Het voormalige goed ligt aan de Malteserstraße 52 in het dorpscentrum van Römlinghoven, een deelgemeente van de stad Königswinter die tot de stadsdeel Oberdollendorf behoort. Het bevindt zich, inclusief een park van ongeveer een hectare, aan de oostrand van het dorp die omhoog loopt naar het Siebengebirge op een hoogte van ongeveer 68 m boven NHN.
