Slot Köpenick is een barokpaleis in het Berlijnse stadsdeel Köpenick in het district Treptow-Köpenick.
Het Schlossinsel, een eiland in de rivier de Dahme, werd al vroeg in de geschiedenis bewoond en behoort samen met Spandau en Cölln tot de vroegst bewoonde plaatsen van Berlijn. Verschillende vestingen werden gebouwd en weer gesloopt op deze plaats, voor in 1558 het huidige slot werd gebouwd als jachthuis in renaissancestijl in opdracht van Joachim II Hector van Brandenburg.
