De Kleine Stienitzsee is een waterlichaam in de wijk Hennickendorf, die deel uitmaakt van Rüdersdorf bij Berlijn.
Het meer is een natuurlijke kom die zich in noordoostelijk-zuidwestelijke richting uitstrekt en ontstond tijdens de laatste Weichsel-ijstijd in een voormalig smeltwaterbed. Het is ongeveer 500 meter lang en tot 250 meter breed. Het meer heeft geen bovengrondse instroom en drainages aan de noordkant via een molengracht in de Stranggraben, die in de Grote Stienitzsee uitmondt. Aan de zuidoostzijde bevindt zich een zwemgelegenheid. Direct ten noordwesten van het meer rijst de Wachtelberg op met de Wachtelturm, die het scheidt van de Grote Stienitzsee.
