Het Bundesleistungszentrum Kienbaum, op 18 juli 2017 omgedoopt tot Olympisch en Paralympisch Trainingscentrum voor Duitsland, is een trainingscentrum voor topsporters, ongeveer 40 kilometer ten oosten van Berlijn. Het ligt in het Brandenburgse Kienbaum, gemeente Grünheide aan het Liebenberger Meer nabij Müncheberg. De volgende sporten worden getraind: atletiek, kanovaren, gymnastiek, balsporten, judo, boksen, fietsen, triatlon, boogschieten, gehandicaptensport, schaatsen, bobsleeën, tafeltennis, zeilen, surfen en anderen. De hallen en voorzieningen bevinden zich op het terrein Kienbaum I en II, evenals aan het meer.
Sinds 2011 is ook de topsportondersteuning van de Bundespolizei gevestigd in het BLZ Kienbaum en opereert nu onder de naam Bundespolizeisportschule Kienbaum.
