De begraafplaats van het klooster Chorin is een kleine begraafplaats bij het klooster Chorin in Brandenburg. De begraafplaats dient sinds 1281 als laatste rustplaats. Deze begraafplaats behoort, naast de bosbegraafplaats van Eberswalde, tot de belangrijkste verzamelingen van bosspecialistische grafplaatsen in Duitsland.
De begraafplaats ligt direct ten noorden van de kloosterkerk Chorin. Hij strekt zich uit over ongeveer 50 m in oost-westelijke richting en 40 m in noord-zuidelijke richting. Hij herbergt ongeveer 50 graven, waarvan meer dan de helft van bosliefhebbers.
