Het klooster Nienburg was een klooster van de Benedictijnen in Nienburg aan de Saale in de Salzlandkreis, Saksen-Anhalt, waartoe de kloosterkerk St. Marien en St. Cyprian behoort.
De kloosterkerk Nienburg is een vroeggotische hallenkerk met romaanse elementen, die voor het belangrijkste deel uit de 13e eeuw stamt. Het is een van de vroegste gotische hallenkerken in Midden-Duitsland en heeft een harmonieuze, lichte binnenruimte. Het is een station van de Route van de Romaanse stijl.
