Het centraal station van Merseburg is een bedrijfslocatie van de spoorlijn Halle–Bebra en de hier aansluitende zijspoorlijnen naar Querfurt, Schafstädt, Halle-Nietleben en Leipzig-Leutzsch in het stadsgebied van Merseburg in Saksen-Anhalt. Tot 14 december 2019 droeg het station de naam Merseburg.
Het station van Merseburg werd geopend op 20 juni 1846, toen Merseburg aansluiting kreeg op de spoorlijn Halle – Weißenfels. Dit was het eerste opengestelde deel van de later via Weimar, Erfurt en Eisenach naar Bebra verlopende lijn. De bouwwerkzaamheden begonnen al in 1845. In Merseburg werd een expeditiemgebouw, een goederenloods, een wagenschuur en twee waterstations gebouwd. Het station werd als een in noord-zuidrichting verdeeld complex aangelegd, bestaande uit een personen- en goederenstation. Deze zijn met elkaar verbonden via het spoor naar Leipzig-Leutzsch.
