De Witte Schöps, in het boven-Sorbisch Běły Šepc, is een oostelijke zijrivier van de Zwarte Schöps in de Saksische Landkreis Görlitz. Hij behoort tot het riviersysteem van de Elbe en bereikt via de Zwarte Schöps de Spree en de Havel.
De rivier ontspringt in het noorden van het Grote Nonnenwoud, dat zich ongeveer 15 km ten west-zuidwesten van Görlitz uitstrekt. Zijn bron ligt ten zuiden-zuidwesten van Deutsch-Paulsdorf, tussen Reichenbach/O.L. in het noorden en Bernstadt auf dem Eigen in het zuiden. Enkele kilometers westelijk ontspringt de Zwarte Schöps. Van zijn bron af stroomt de Witte Schöps overwegend in noordwestelijke richting tussen de Lausitzer Neiße in het oosten en de Spree in het westen.
