Il Weiße Schöps, in sorabo superiore Běły Šepc, è un affluente orientale del Schwarze Schöps nel distretto di Görlitz, in Sassonia. Appartiene al sistema fluviale dell'Elba, raggiunge attraverso il Schwarze Schöps la Spree e l'Havel.
Il fiume ha origine a nord del Grande Nonnenwald, che si estende a circa 15 km a ovest-sudovest di Görlitz. La sua sorgente si trova a sud-sudovest di Deutsch-Paulsdorf, tra Reichenbach/O.L. a nord e Bernstadt auf dem Eigen a sud. A poche chilometri a ovest nasce il Schwarze Schöps. Dalla sua sorgente, il Weiße Schöps scorre prevalentemente in direzione nord-ovest tra la Lausitzer Neiße a est e la Spree a ovest.
