Glösa-Draisdorf is een noordelijk gelegen stadsdeel van Chemnitz. De B 107 loopt, zoals door het in het zuiden aangrenzende Furth. De Chemnitz stroomt door het kleinere deelgebied Draisdorf. In dit stadsdeel bevinden zich het Sechsruthen- en het Glösaer bos, de “Kohlung” en het knooppunt Chemnitz-Glösa.
Aangrenzende gemeentes en Chemnitzer stadsdelen zijn Auerswalde, Ebersdorf, Furth, Borna-Heinersdorf en Wittgensdorf.
