De Villa Henckel is een twee verdiepingen tellende laatclassicistische torenvilla op de Pfingstberg in Potsdam. Zij maakt daar deel uit van het UNESCO-werelderfgoed en is eigendom van de Stichting Pruisische Kastelen en Tuinen.
De villa is gelegen aan de Grote Weinmeisterstraat 43 in de Potsdamer Nauener Vorstad op de Pfingstberg. Samen met de Villa Lepsius en de Villa Quandt behoort zij tot de voorname villa's in dit gebied, het ensemble omvat ook de Villa Schlieffen.
