Het hoofdkantoor van het bedrijf is gevestigd in Georgsmarienhütte in Nedersaksen. Wiemann Meubelen maakt deels massieve en folie meubels evenals eenpersoonskasten voor slaapkamers. Het familiebedrijf is in handen van de vierde generatie.
