Het natuurgebied Ochsenbruch ligt in de Landkreis Birkenfeld in Rheinland-Pfalz en maakt deel uit van het Nationale Park Hunsrück-Hochwald.
Het ongeveer 48 ha grote gebied, dat in 1979 onder bescherming werd gesteld, strekt zich uit ten noordwesten van de plaatselijke gemeente Börfink. Ten zuiden van het gebied loopt de provinciale weg L 165. In het gebied rijst de 762,7 m hoge Ruppelstein op.
