Het Luisenpark is het grootste park in Mannheim. Het ligt aan de linkeroever van de Neckar, dichtbij de stad in het gebied van een voormalige Neckarschlinge en is tegenwoordig verdeeld in twee delen: Het Onderste Luisenpark is het oudste deel, openbaar toegankelijk en wordt beschouwd als een tuinmonument. Het Bovenste Luisenpark wordt commercieel gebruikt. De exploitant, Stadtpark Mannheim gGmbH, promoot het betaalde vrijetijdsaanbod met de slogan: "een van de mooiste parken van Europa".
