Cuxhaven Amerika-Bahnhof is een deel van het station Cuxhaven in de haven van Cuxhaven in Nedersaksen. Het is voornamelijk bestemd voor goederenverkeer, maar kan ook in het personenvervoer worden gebruikt voor speciale treinen als aanvoer voor cruise schepen.
Via een spoeknooppunt is het Amerika-Bahnhof enerzijds direct verbonden met het spoor van Hamburg-Harburg naar Cuxhaven en anderzijds via een verbindingslijn van drie kilometer met het stadstation Cuxhaven. De bediening van de elektrisch aangedreven wissels en de lichtsignalen gebeurt vanuit de bediening Cf, dat verder een mechanisch seinhuis is, in het stadstation Cuxhaven.
