Cuxhaven Amerika-Bahnhof er en stationsdel af stationen Cuxhaven i havnen i Cuxhaven i Niedersachsen. Det bruges primært til godstransport, men er også til rådighed for persontransport til specialtog som tilslutning til krydstogtskibe.
Via en sporvinkel er Amerika-Bahnhof direkte tilsluttet ruten fra Hamburg-Harburg til Cuxhaven og er desuden forbundet med bystationen Cuxhaven via en tre kilometer lang forbindelsesspor. Betjeningen af de elektrisk drevne væxler og lyssignaler foregår fra signalbygningen Cf, som ellers er en mekanisk signalbygning, i bystationen Cuxhaven.
