Het U-Bahnstation Ramersdorf is een ondergrondse knooppunt in het netwerk van de stadsrail Bonn. Het ligt op spoorlijnkilometer 425,9 van de Siebengebirgsbahn en is het eindpunt van de stadsrailverbinding vanaf de Zuidbrug. Het U-Bahnstation is ontworpen als een ondergronds, driedelig aftakkingstation.
Het vroeger bovengrondse station Ramersdorf werd begin jaren '80 onder de grond verlegd en op 5 september 1981 geopend als een driedelig U-Bahnstation na een lange bouwperiode. Al op 10 september 1981 - en dus 5 dagen na de opening - werd het station zo zwaar beschadigd door een brand in een treinstel, dat er een jaar lang alleen een eénsporig noodbedrijf mogelijk was.
De buitenruimtes, inclusief een Park+Ride-parking, zijn ontstaan in het kader van de ontwikkelingsmaatregel Parlement- en regeringswijk.
