De burcht Mengen is de ruïne van een waterburcht aan de Blies, zuidelijk in het gemeentebezirk Bliesmengen-Bolchen van de gemeente Mandelbachtal in het Saarpfalz-Kreis in Saarland.
De waterburcht, gesticht door de heren van Mengen in de 12e eeuw, werd voor het eerst genoemd in 1294, in 1362 verwoest door de heren van Bitsch, enkele jaren later weer opgebouwd en was in de 17e eeuw in bezit van de familie von der Leyen.
