De rooms-katholieke parochiekerk St. Georg in Altenrath, een stadsdeel van Troisdorf in de Noordrijn-Westfalen Rijn-Sieg-Kreis, is een romaanse zuilbasiliek. De kerk is als monument beschermd.
Toen in 1311 de parochie Altenrath aan de graafschap Berg werd verkocht, was de St.-Georgskerk het kern van deze dorpse nederzetting. De oprichting kan op het midden van de 12e eeuw worden geplaatst. In de tijd van de Reformatie was Altenrath luthers gezind en was de katholieken in St. Georg de uitoefening van hun kerkelijke praktijk verboden. Begin van de 17e eeuw kwam het tijdelijk tot een simultaan gebruik van het godshuis.
