Het natuurreservaat Raunsberg, met een grootte van 5,64 ha, ligt ten noorden van Dreislar in het stadsgebied van Medebach. Het werd in 2003 als natuurreservaat aangeduid door de Hochsauerlandkreis in het landschapsplan Medebach. Het NSG is onderdeel van het Europese vogelbeschermingsgebied Medebacher Bucht.
