De Stiefelhöhe tussen Unter-Abtsteinach en Eiterbach is met 584 m ü. NHN de vijfde hoogste berg in het Odenwald.
Over de Stiefelhöhe loopt van noordoosten naar zuidwesten de grens tussen Hessen en Baden-Württemberg. Het grootste deel van de top met het hoogste punt van de berg ligt in de gemeente Unter-Abtsteinach van de gemeente Abtsteinach in de Hessische Kreis Bergstraße. De noordoostelijke hellingen maken deel uit van de gemeente Wald-Michelbach. Het zuidoosten, aan de andere kant van de staatsgrens, maakt deel uit van de gemeente Eiterbach van de gemeente Heiligkreuzsteinach. Hier, nabij de top, ligt met meer dan 580 m ü. NHN het hoogste punt van de Rhein-Neckar-Kreis.
