De Siegbach is met ruim twaalf kilometer, via de beek van Wallenfels zelfs 14,4 km lang en met een stroomgebied van bijna 30 km² de met afstand langste en waterrijkste zijrivier van de Aar in het Lahn-Dill-Kreis, Midden-Hessen. Hij loopt volledig door het Gladenbacher Bergland en mondt rechts uit.
