Homburg-Bröl is een aan de Bröl gelegen deelgemeente van Nümbrecht in de Oberbergische Kreis in het zuiden van Noordrijn-Westfalen binnen het Regierungsbezirk Keulen.
Gelegen in het kleine Bröltal tussen de dorpen Göpringhausen, Huppichteroth, de papiermolen en het kasteel Homburg, wordt het dorpsbeeld gekenmerkt door de aan de zuidhelling gelegen woonwijk Waldstraße. Het dorp ligt in rechte lijn ongeveer 1,2 km ten noordwesten van het dorpscentrum van Nümbrecht.
