Het jachtslot Philippsborn was een jachtslot van de graven van Nassau-Saarbrücken in het bos bij Malstatt. Op dezelfde plek staat vandaag het Forsthaus Neuhaus.
Graaf Philipp III. van Nassau-Saarbrücken liet in 1576 door de bouwmeester Christmann Strohmeier een in renaissancestijl opgetrokken viervleugelcomplex met vier hoektorens bouwen. Het complex was vergelijkbaar met de twee kastelen in Neunkirchen en Ottweiler, die dezelfde bouwmeester voor de broer van de graaf, graaf Albrecht van Nassau-Ottweiler, bouwde. Het kasteel werd op 10 september 1793 door Franse revolutionaire troepen verwoest. Van de bouwtijd is nog de gewelfde kelder bewaard gebleven. Begin 19e eeuw werd op dezelfde plek het jachtslot Neuhaus, het hedendaagse Forsthaus Neuhaus, gebouwd.
