Het politiebureau Dessau-Roßlau is een politiebureau van de politie Sachsen-Anhalt. Het valt onder de Politiedirectie Sachsen-Anhalt Oost en is verantwoordelijk voor de zelfstandige stad Dessau-Roßlau met een oppervlakte van 244,74 km² en 84.606 inwoners. Stand 2012. Het gebouw aan de Wolfgangstraße 25, waar de dienst is ondergebracht, is een beschermd monument.
Het overlijden van de in Duitsland wonende Sierra Leooner Oury Jalloh deed zich voor op 5 januari 2005 tijdens een brand in cel 5 in de kelder van het dienstgebouw. De verantwoordelijke dienstgroepleider werd in december 2008 eerst door de rechtbank Dessau-Roßlau vrijgesproken, maar na de herziening door het Federale Hof en de terugverwijzing naar de rechtbank Magdeburg, werd hij in december 2012 wegens onopzettelijke doodslag veroordeeld tot een geldboete. Dit vonnis werd in 2014 in hoogste instantie bevestigd.
