De Fränkische Alb, ook wel Fränkischer Jura, Frankenalb of Frankenjura genoemd, is een middelgebergte in Beieren, Duitsland. Het gebied ligt tussen de rivieren de Donau in het zuiden en de Main in het noorden. Het gebied heeft een oppervlakte van 7053,8 km² groot en de hoogste toppen zijn boven de zeshonderd meter.
In het noorden ligt het gebied Fränkische Schweiz. Het oostelijke in de Oberpfälz / het historische Vorstendom Opper-Palts / Regierungsbezirk Oberpfalz gelegen deel van dit middelgebergte heet: Oberpfälzer Jura ,ook wel Bayerischer Jura genoemd en vormt een apart gebied en ligt tussen de Fränkische Jura, het Oberpfälzer Wald, het Beierse Woud en Nürnberger Land en de Regensburg in.
