Hoffenheim is een plaats in de Duitse gemeente Sinsheim, deelstaat Baden-Württemberg, en telt 3.272 inwoners .
De plaats is van oorsprong thuishaven van de voetbalploeg TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, die in 2008 promoveerde naar de Bundesliga, de hoogste afdeling van het betaalde voetbal in Duitsland. Inmiddels staat het nieuw gebouwde stadion van de club in het nabijgelegen Sinsheim.
