Flörsbachtal is een gemeente in het zuidoosten van de hessische Main-Kinzig-Kreis, die in het kader van de hessische herindeling is ontstaan door de samensmelting van de tot dan toe zelfstandige gemeenten Flörsbach, Kempfenbrunn en Mosborn op 1 april 1972 onder deze nieuw gecreëerde naam.
Op het gemeentebied liggen onder andere het Wiesbüttmoor, het Wiesbüttsee, de Wellersberg en het Bergfeld. De Flörsbacher Höhe ligt ten noordoosten van de federale weg B 276 van Flörsbachtal richting Biebergemünd en biedt uitzicht op de Main-Spessart. Het topografisch hoogste punt van het gemeentebied bevindt zich met 567 m boven NN op de top van de Hermannskoppe.
