Het huis Meliesallee 24 in Düsseldorf-Benrath werd in 1925 gebouwd naar ontwerpen van architect Kallenbach. Stijlmatig is het gebouw verwant aan het huis Hannemann, dat wordt beschouwd als een "Engels landhuis met echo's van het Palladianisme" en als een "typisch voorbeeld van de vrijwel uitsluitend conservatieve moderniteit in de landhuisarchitectuur van die jaren". Het huis wordt ook gezien als een voorbeeld van een "dominante tendens in die jaren". Stijlmatig is het huis vergelijkbaar met de huizen van Theodor Merrill in Keulen.
