De Schwanenmarkt ligt in de binnenstad van Krefeld tussen de Breite Strasse en de Hochstrasse, Evertsstrasse en de Poststrasse. Het centrum heeft meerdere ingangen vanuit het winkelgebied van de binnenstad. Parkeren kan in de twee bijbehorende parkeergarages.
