De oogkliniek Marzahn is een zelfstandig gespecialiseerd ziekenhuis voor oogheelkunde in particuliere handen. Het ligt aan de Brebacher Weg 15 in Berlijn-Biesdorf.
De oogkliniek Marzahn ligt midden in een historisch ziekenhuisterrein. Ze werd in januari 1998 geopend en bevindt zich in een monumentaal pand uit 1893. Het gebouw is eind jaren 90 grondig verbouwd en heringericht, de bouw is volledig ontdaan van zijn binneninrichting en de technische voorzieningen zijn gemoderniseerd. Het ziekenhuis is omgeven door een eveneens monumentaal park met oude bomen.
