Het natuurreservaat Lehniner Mittelheide en de brongebieden van de Emster ligt in het gebied van de gemeente Kloster Lehnin in de Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark in Brandenburg.
Het gebied met het identificatienummer 1509 werd op 21 mei 1996 onder bescherming gesteld. Het ongeveer 640 hectare grote natuurreservaat met de Mühlenteich, de Mittelsee en de Emstaler Schlauch strekt zich uit ten noorden van Rädel, een deelgemeente van Kloster Lehnin. Ten noorden loopt de A 2 en aan de noordwestelijke rand de provinciale weg L 86. Door het gebied loopt de L 88, aan de westelijke rand ligt het Gohlitzsee.
