Het Amt Groß Pankow/Prignitz, ook geschreven als Amt Groß Pankow, was een in 1992 opgericht Amt in Brandenburg, waarin aanvankelijk 13 gemeenten in de toenmalige Kreis Pritzwalk waren samengevoegd tot een bestuurlijke unie. Het werd in 2002 weer opgeheven.
Het Amt Groß Pankow/Prignitz grensde in het noorden aan het Amt Putlitz-Berge, in het oosten aan het Amt Pritzwalk-Land en het Amt Heiligengrabe/Blumenthal, in het zuiden aan het Amt Gumtow en het Amt Plattenburg en in het westen aan de Ämter Karstädt en de ambtsvrije stad Perleberg.
