Wettin-Löbejün is een stad en gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Saksen-Anhalt, en maakt deel uit van de Landkreis Saalekreis.
Wettin-Löbejün telt 9.828 inwoners.
De eenheidsgemeente is op 1-1-2011 ontstaan door de samenvoeging van de steden Löbejün en Wettin en de gemeenten Brachwitz, Döblitz, Domnitz, Gimritz, Nauendorf, Neutz-Lettewitz, Plötz en Rothenburg. Op 7 april 2011 is de naam van de stad gewijzigd van Löbejün-Wettin in Wettin-Löbejün.
