Het station Querfurt ligt aan de spoorlijn Merseburg–Querfurt en aan het op dit gedeelte stilgelegde spoorlijn Röblingen am See–Vitzenburg. Het voormalige ontvangstgebouw is in het lokale monumentenregister opgenomen onder het registratienummer 094 16626 als monument.
Het station werd in gebruik genomen bij de opening van de Pruisische Staatslijn Oberröblingen – Querfurt in oktober 1884, en op 1 juli 1904 verlengd tot Vitzenburg. In 1911 kwam de lijn van Merseburg erbij.
