De Zwarte Vuurtoren Warfleth is een voormalig baken aan de Unterweser. Hij staat op het schiereiland Warflether Sand, vernoemd naar Warfleth, een wijk van Berne in de gemeente Wesermarsch. Als "Zwarte Vuurtoren" is ook het oude bovenlicht Lemwerder bekend.
De 11,7 m hoge stalen vakwerktoren is ontworpen door Heinrich Tillmann en werd in 1897 gebouwd op de Bremer Vulkan. Hij werd in het kader van de Weserkorrektie in Farge, dus aan de Bremer Weserzijde, geplaatst en werd op 31 augustus 1898 in gebruik genomen als dwarsmerklicht met een gasgestookte lantaarn van Julius Pintsch. De optiek bestond uit een Fresnellens van de 6e orde.
