Dedesdorf-Eidewarden is een in 2016 samengevoegde plaats in de gemeente Loxstedt in de Nedersaksische Landkreis Cuxhaven. Tot de plaats behoort ook de nederzetting Oldendorf.
Dedesdorf-Eidewarden ligt aan de Weser en bevindt zich in het gebied Landwürden. Het wordt gekenmerkt door met riet gedekte huizen en het omliggende moeraslandschap. Door de plaats lopen de provinciale wegen L 121 en L 143. De L 121 maakt een verbinding mogelijk in de richting van Bremerhaven.
