Föckinghausen is een buurtschap van de gemeente Bestwig in de Hochsauerlandkreis in Noordrijn-Westfalen, Duitsland. In januari 2020 had Föckinghausen 24 inwoners. De plaats ligt in het Arnsbergerwald op een hoogte van 500 meter, ongeveer 1 kilometer ten noorden van Bestwig.
In 1764 ontstond uit een houtskoolbrandersnederzetting een boerderij.
Het toerisme begon in 1910 met de opening van een pension. Tegenwoordig zijn er in de plaats een schoollandhuis en een hotel. De vakantiefaciliteit van de Caritasvereniging werd in december 2008 gesloten en eind 2009 aan Nederlandse investeerders verkocht.
