Indlekofen is een wijk van de stad Waldshut-Tiengen in de Landkreis Waldshut in Baden-Württemberg.
Indlekofen ligt in het Zuid-Zwarte Woud aan de helling ten zuiden van de Haselbach, die in de Schlücht uitmondt, op een hoogte van ongeveer 538 m. boven NAP. De zuidzijde van de Haselbach-vallei, die zich van het noordwesten naar het zuidoosten uitstrekt, tot aan de bergkam die de vallei van de Seltenbach-vallei scheidt, vormt in wezen de gemeentegrens van Indlekofen.
