Obsttiene, soms ook geschreven als Obsttine, verwijst in het gebied van Werder naar een speciaal vatachtig, houten transportmiddel voor tafeldruiven en fruit.
Tot na de Eerste Wereldoorlog werd er in de brandenburgse stad Werder een houten vat, kortweg Tiene genoemd, gebruikt. De houten vaten werden meestal op de rug van de fruitboeren naar de transportkähne gedragen en op de Havel en de Spree voornamelijk naar de verkoopplaatsen en markten in Berlijn vervoerd. Ter herinnering aan deze tijd wordt de voormalige verzamel- en laadplek van de Tienen aan de Föse, de westelijke arm van de Havel, inmiddels officieel Tienenplatz genoemd.
