Het station Warburg Altstadt is een voormalig station in Warburg aan de spoorlijn Warburg–Sarnau. Het ontvangstgebouw staat sinds 1985 op de lijst van monumenten in Warburg.
Al in 1851 was de toen bijna 4000 inwoners tellende stad Warburg via de lijn uit Kassel aangesloten op het spoorwegnet en had in de jaren daarna een respectabel station gebouwd 1,5 km ten noordwesten van het stadscentrum. In 1853 volgde de verlenging naar Hamm en in 1873 de aansluiting op de Boven-Ruhrdalspoorlijn. Aangezien de residentiestad van het Vorstendom Waldeck, Arolsen, toen geen spoorverbinding had, was zowel in het Warburger station als in het nabijgelegen station Wrexen een prinsenkamer ingericht.
