Blumenhagen is een plaats in de gemeente Lauenau in de Samtgemeinde Rodenberg in de Landkreis Schaumburg in Nedersaksen. Het gebouw uit de 18e eeuw van het voormalige voorwerk en huidige restaurant is als monument beschermd.
Blumenhagen is niet vernoemd naar de hier ooit uitgeoefende bloementeelt.
Volgens de beschrijving van de plaatskundige onderzoeker Karl Parisius diende Blumenhagen van ongeveer 1250 tot 1300 als stamzetel voor de in 1245 voor het eerst genoemde ridder Wulfardus Blume of Blome. Parisius baseerde dit op de handtekening van een schenkingsovereenkomst van Justatius van Münchhausen over een hof in Swedestorpe, in het huidige Lauenau, aan het klooster Obernkirchen uit het jaar 1294. Een andere bron plaatst de stamzetel van de familie Blome echter in Blumenau bij Wunstorf.
