Bøllingmeer is een ondiep meer in centraal Jutland in Denemarken, iets ten westen van Silkeborg, tussen Kragelund en Engesvang.
Het meer is geologisch belangrijk omdat het aan de rand van de Pleistocene gletsjer ligt. In de jaren 1870 werd het meer drooggelegd om plaats te maken voor de veenindustrie, waardoor de wetenschap de kans kreeg om zijn veengebieden te onderzoeken en historici en prehistorici de kans kregen om de artefacten en menselijke resten te bestuderen. Een laat-Pleistocene periode van warm klimaat is naar het meer vernoemd op basis van hier verzamelde bewijs.
