De kampeerplaats en twee schuilplaatsen in het zuidelijke deel van een groot grasgebied dat toebehoort aan de Avnstrup scoutshuis. Er zijn water en toiletten in het scoutshuis. De schuilplaatsen liggen hoog en bieden een goed uitzicht over het grasgebied bij Særløse Overdrev.
Het scoutshuis heeft naast deze tent- en schuilplaats ook een schuilplaats aan de noordkant van het grasgebied.
