Pinós is een Spaanse gemeente die behoort tot de provincie Lérida, gelegen in het zuidoosten van de Catalaanse regio Solsonés en grenzend aan die van de Segarra en Bages. Halverwege de 19e eeuw werd het Pinós en Mata de Porros genoemd; in die tijd voegde het de oude gemeenten Matamargo, Sangra en Vallmanya samen.[1] In deze gemeente bevindt zich ook het centrum van Catalonië.
