De Islas Medas, Illes Medes of Medes-eilanden , vormen een archipel van zeven eilanden. Deze bevinden zich op ongeveer één kilometer voor de badplaats L'Estartit, aan de Costa Brava in de Middellandse zee.
De totale oppervlakte is ongeveer 23 ha. Er is geen haven, noch een strand op de eilanden. De eilanden hebben vroeger gediend als uitvalsbasis voor piraten.
Ze zijn onbewoond sinds 1934. De namen van de eilanden zijn : el Medellot, Meda Petita, Meda Grande , Ferrenelles, el Tascó Gros, el Tascó petit en el Carall Bernat.
